中(zhōng)國建築第四工(gōng)程局有限公司（以下(xià)簡稱“中(zhōng)建四局”）成立于1962年，是世界500強企業第18強"中(zhōng)國建築股份有限公司”直屬主力公司。2019年實現合同額230億美元，營業收入120億美元，上繳稅收2.3億美元。目前企業注冊資(zī)本金7.24億美元，淨資(zī)産20億美元，銀行授信88億美元。

        中(zhōng)建四局下(xià)設18家子企業，業務範圍涵蓋房建、基礎設施、房地産開(kāi)發、投資(zī)建造、建築科研、勘察設計、運營管理“全産業鏈” 一(yī)體(tǐ)化運作等多個領域。旗下(xià)貴州中(zhōng)建建築科研設計院是業界前列的檢測、特種施工(gōng)、技術開(kāi)發的專門科研機構，擁有專門的博士工(gōng)作站。同時，企業還建有專門的PC構件、塑料模闆、鋁合金模闆、裝配式建築專業廠房，始終緻力綠色建造，研發及生(shēng)産能力處于業内、地區領先。

        截至2019年，中(zhōng)建四局擁有4個國家房屋建築工(gōng)程總承包特級資(zī)質（含子公司）、1個市政公用工(gōng)程施工(gōng)總承包特級資(zī)質， 此外(wài)，企業還擁有公路工(gōng)程施工(gōng)總承包、機電(diàn)安裝、基礎設施、裝飾、鋼結構、建築幕牆等一(yī)級資(zī)質。全局管理人員(yuán)28000 人，其中(zhōng)擁有國家建造師資(zī)格認證的項目經理團隊近800人，可滿足600個項目/年同時建設需求，企業管理及施工(gōng)組織綜合實力雄厚。

        從1991年至今，連續29年被評爲“廣東省守合同重信用企業'，被中(zhōng)國建築業協會評爲“首批全國建築業AAA級信用企業”。目前，企業實現年生(shēng)産能力過千億。

        China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CCFED”) was established in 1962, and it is the main direct affiliate of “China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited”ranked 18st among the world’s top 500 enterprises. In 2019, CCFED got contracts with total value of more than USD 15 billion, reached revenues of more than USD 12 billion, and paid tax of USD 230 million. At present, CCFED has a registered capital of USD 724 million , a net asset of USD 2 billion, and has been issued bank credit of USD 8.8 billion.

        CCFED has 18 subsidiaries, and its business scope covers many fields such as house building, infrastructures, real estate development, investment and construction, building research, survey and design, and integrated operation management in the whole industry chain. CSCEC Guizhou Architectural Design & Research Institute, as the subsidiary of CCFED, is an industry-leading specialized research institution in testing, special construction and technology development, with specialized doctoral workstations. In addition, CCFED has built specialized plant buildings for PC components, plastic formwork, aluminum alloy formwork and prefabricated construction, and it has always been committed to green construction; it possesses the leading R & D and production capacity in the industry and the region.

        As of 2019, CCFED had 4 highest level qualifications for general contracting of house building works (including subsidiaries) and 1 highest level qualification for general construction contracting of municipal public works, which are issued by the Chinese government. In addition, CCFED also had Grade-I qualifications for general construction contracting of highway engineering, mechanical and electrical installation, infrastructures, decoration, steel structures, curtain walls, etc. CCFED had 28,000 managers, including a project manager team consisting of nearly 800 members with national constructor qualifications, and those staff members can meet the requirements for simultaneous construction of 600 projects/year. CCFED has strong comprehensive strength in management and construction organization.

        Since 1991, CCFED has been rated as the "Guangdong Provincial Contract-abiding and Credit-worthy Enterprise" for 29 consecutive years, and it has also been rated as "One of the First Batch of National AAA Credit Enterprises in Construction Industry" by China Construction Industry Association. At present, CCFED has achieved an annual production capacity of over RMB 100 billion.
